The Epic Iconic is our latest project which is currently under construction. We are working on Block A which will have 60 units. We broke ground for Block A in August 2024, and construction is on track to be completed by March 2026. Block B sales are ongoing with 50% already sold.

The Epic Ridge (A to I)

The Epic Ridge spans 3.5 acres and features 9 blocks of apartments (A to I) with a host of masterfully designed studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

The apartments measure 16.5 (studio), 33 (1BR) and 56 square metres (2BR) respectively.

Blocks A to H have been fully sold out and occupied. Block I which consists of 10 studios and 50 one-bedroom apartments broke ground in November 2022 with a price of Ksh. 1.5m for studios and Ksh. 3m for one-bedroom.

The apartments are located in a prime residential area, 190m from Nakumatt Kitisuru, 220m from Mwamuto market, 7km from Westlands and 12km from Nairobi CBD.

They are a total of 76 units which include:

  • 36 studio units whose selling price was Ksh. 950,000
  • 40 one bedroom units sold at Ksh. 1.4m

    • Construction commenced in January 2016 and was completed in March 2017. Currently, the apartments are fully let and sold out.
