Once a customer commits to deposit of 40% of the purchase price an offer letter is shared and the advocates immediately start preparation of the sale agreement, after completion of the payments a lease is prepared for the said unit.
Management is done by the vendor company at a service charge of 10% of the rental income.

- Lighting and cleaning for common areas (Included in rent)
- Water (Bill shared by 28th every month)
- Power (Every unit has its prepaid meter)
Yes, there is shared parking space for all the projects.
Rent is due every 5th.
Rent payments are made through Safaricom Lipa na Mpesa, paybill 140014 with account number being the tenants house number.
The notice period should be at least 1 Month prior.
The deposit will be returned after two weeks from the date of vacation.
